I am grateful for this Business Communication course. I thought I was a decent writer until I took this class. Through various readings, videos, and class discussions, I learned multiple ways to improve my writing. I knew I had to improve upon the length of my writing. I continue to work on only including the necessary information versus everything. One of the most important lessons I learned is to be basic in my writing. I learned that it is good to be concise. I struggled with how to be concise and not sound rude or abrupt. Through this course, I learned to cut down my words so I am more concise and effective.
